This page was updated on March 24, 2017 with this final status update on the Groupon Settlement.  

Settlement Class Members who have been awarded Groupon Credits under the Settlement have been or will be notified directly by Groupon via email.  Groupon will begin sending the emails today, March 24, 2017, and all emails should be received by Monday, March 27, 2017.  The text of that email reads:

Subject:  Groupon Voucher Class Action Settlement

                                Dear Groupon Settlement Class Member,

You are receiving this email because you have been awarded Groupon credits pursuant to the claim or claims that you submitted in the Groupon Voucher Class Action Settlement (the “Settlement”).  

The total value of the vouchers submitted under the Settlement exceeded the value of the Settlement Fund.  As a result, the amount deposited in your account is a pro rata amount of the Settlement Fund.  If you submitted multiple valid claims under the Settlement based on the purchase of multiple vouchers, you will receive your credits in a lump sum amount, rather than as individual credits for each claim submitted.  The credit amount awarded to you was determined by an independent claims administrator.  You will see the credits in your account labeled as “allocation” or “settlement credits” within three business days. 

The credits will remain valid for nine months.  In your account you will see the date of issuance and date of expiration.

If you previously deactivated your Groupon account, you should click this link to reset your account password and access the credits. 

If you need assistance accessing the credits or have any questions, please contact Groupon at 1-844-298-4322.

You may contact Groupon at 1-844-298-4322 if you submitted a claim under the Settlement and did not receive an email notification by Groupon related to Groupon Credits.
